A member of the board at Bladon & Co, Nicky heads the residential property sales division of Bladon & Co whilst also responsible for the day to day running of the Bladon & Co Gilford office leading a team of consultants overseeing the ongoing expansion within the local market whilst also specialising in the sale of quality residential properties throughout Northern Ireland.

Connor Graham

Connor is a BSc (Hons) graduate in Property Investment and Development and was part of the team that launched Bladon & Co in 2010 and is primarily responsible for the operation of our residential sales team. Appointed a Director of Bladon & Co in December 2010 and a member of the board at Bladon & Co, Connor also acts for a number of private and commercial clients in an advisory capacity overseeing the acquisition, disposal and management or residential property assets throughout Northern Ireland.

Allister Duncan

Having qualified from the University of Northumbria with a BSc (Hons) degree in Estate Management, Allister has been an integral part of the team at Bladon & Co. since June 2010. Initially working within the Residential Lettings team, he has since played a leading role in the establishment and day-to-day running of the Bladon & Co. Residential Sales team. Allister now leads a team dealing with a diverse range of properties and private clients throughout Northern Ireland and has a profound understanding of todays' housing market.

Adrian McQuillan

Adrian is an Honours graduate from the University of Ulster in Property Investment and Development and joined the Bladon & Co team in 2010 having previously worked for two of Belfast's leading estate agents. Adrian brings comprehensive experience in property lettings and management, along with a strong track record in property lettings, further strengthening the residential lettings team at Bladon & Co.

Fraser Graham

Fraser joined the Bladon & Co team in January 2011 as part of our Graduate programme having graduated with an Honours degree in Property Investment and Development. Fraser works within the residential lettings team and is involved with listing properties and liasing with clients.

Deirdre Kirwan

Property Management

Deirdre graduated from Queens University in 2010 with an MSc in Urban Planning having worked for a year for one of the UK's leading retail banks. Deirdre joined the company in August 2011 to lead the property management team with responsibility for the streamlined management of our managed property portfolio.
