The comprehensive property management programme is hailed as one of the most detailed in the market. We will visit your property three times a year and make sure it is in top condition, therefore protecting it's long term value. If we think work needs carried out, we'll make you aware of this and provide a quote from a Bladon & Co approved tradesman. This includes day to day repairs, maintenance and redecoration on your behalf.

At the beginning of each month, we'll collect the rent, pay any (pre-approved) expenses on your behalf and forward the balance directly by your preferrred payment method. This will all be detailed within your personalised monthly statement forwarded to you by post or email.
